Origins FTD will introduce an affordable low-cost Subscription Model to the reimbursing agencies like CMS and the ACO/CCO’s plus the various large company self-insured enterprise and 3rd party payors.   As an incentive, Origins FTD has created an endowed College Scholarship Fund (CSF) available to the offspring at age 18 for continuing education.  Qualification for the CSF will require participation in a Longitudinal Study by mother and offspring.
